We secured Telecom implementation (TI) services work from Ericsson for the Al-WARID mobile infrastructure project in Pakistan. Scope of work included site investigation, delivery management, installation, testing & commissioning of Ericsson BTS sites on turnkey basis.

AlanDick , a British company and they secured site acquisition services from Nokia, Ericsson, Siemens and Milicom Professional Services (MPS). We were the key subcontractor for AlanDick and provided site acquisition services in central and Southern regions of Pakistan for over 300 search rings.

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd. launched Wireless Local Loop (WLL) project and selected Huawei Technologies as the sole vendor to supply the system on turnkey basis. Huawei out sourced engineering services to Network Consultants & Integrators. Project scope included Engineering survey & design, delivery of equipment to sites, Installation, testing and commissioning of 50 BTS, 2 BSCs and 2 MSCs sites in Lahore, and Karachi region.

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited and Huawei Technologies, has signed an agreement for implementation of Optical Fiber Access Network for 36,000 lines in Karachi. Huawei out sourced engineering services to NCI that includes delivery of equipment to sites and hardware installation of Indoor and Outdoor ONUs. There were 50 ONUs in aggregate for the installation. Sites were commissioned in November, 2004.

We deployed Network based intruder detection/prevention system for protection against internal and external threats for NADRA based on Internet Security Systems (ISS)’ integrated security appliance (Proventia). Project was commissioned in September 2004.

We successfully upgraded, commissioned and tested the C - Band Weather Radar at Lahore & Sialkot from Enterprise Electronics Corporation (EEC) for Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).

We installed new Weather Radar Station at Mangla from Enterprise Electronics Corporation (EEC) for Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD). We also did the Commissioning and testing of this 10 cm Doppler radar before handing over to Pakistan Meteorological Department.

We supplied and installed two new C-Band Weather Radars at Rafiqui Air Base (Shorkot) and Shahbaz Air Base (Jacobabad) from Enterprise Electronics Corporation (EEC), USA for Pakistan Air Force (PAF). We also did the Commissioning and testing of these Doppler radars before handing over to Pakistan Air Force.
